Job summary

Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors in Parramatta NSW is seeking a dedicated Course Adviser to guide prospective students toward study paths in mental health and counselling. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid work with a 4:1 office-to-home split and a $1,000 annual professional development allowance, supporting your growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases with attention to detail.

• 1 x Permanent, full-time | Can be based at any AIPC campus (Syd, Adl, Sunshine Coast, Bris, Perth, Melb, GC)
• Hybrid working arrangements (4 from office, 1 from home)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs
• Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads
• Be highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach
• Be passionatefor education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries
• Be adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments
• Have a WWCC employee or willingness to obtain
