Job summary

Air Diffusion Australia is seeking a sales-focused Account Manager to drive growth and expand our Sydney customer base. This newly created role offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-growing national business, and to contribute to our expansion into NSW.

You will build strong relationships with trade customers, identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis, present growth plans, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC products and the HVAC industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and oral forms to all parties, including customers and supplies
• Skills to establish a clear action plan for achieving targets
• Ability to generate new ideas that add value to the business
• Be self-driven to succeed with enthusiasm and determination
• A current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share in the New South Wales region
• Build, strengthen and expand relationships with existing trade customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and customer segments
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations and growth plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements
