7-Eleven is inviting applications for a Store Leader to launch and run its very first Phillip Island store. You will undergo Store Leader training at Cranbourne South with mentorship before taking full responsibility for your own store.

The role requires full-time work rights in Australia. You will lead service excellence, recruit and coach your team, and drive store KPIs, safety, and financial success from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new-our very first store in Phillip Island.

We're seeking passionate, driven and customer-obsessed retail leaders ready to accelerate their career in a Store Leadership role, leading and shaping this brand-new store from day one.

To set you up for success, your Store Leader training will take place at our Cranbourne South store, where you'll be supported by an experienced mentor before transitioning into your own store.

You must have full-time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

• Delight your customers with service and store standards
• Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
• Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance
