Job summary

7-Eleven Australia, Cowes on Phillip Island, is seeking a seasoned retail manager to lead a BRAND NEW STORE opening in September. You will drive exceptional service, manage daily operations, and set the standard for store presentation and customer experience.

You will recruit and coach your team, monitor KPIs and financial outcomes, and ensure a safe, positive work environment. Full-time Australian work rights required, with a base salary of $77,030 plus 12% Super and 15% bonus eligibility.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:
