Job summary

7-Eleven stores in Queensland are seeking a dedicated Store Leader to drive performance and guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach a store team, and maintain safety and presentation standards.

This full-time role offers a base salary of A$77,030 plus 12% super and a 15% annual bonus eligibility, with full-time training including the Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Relocation opportunities, mentorship, EAP support, and access to conferences and exclusive products are

We are currently on the lookout for passionate and driven leaders to fuel up their career in a store management position in one of our stores in Woree QLD

• You must have full time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

• Delight your customers with service and store standards
• Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
• Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards
