Westpac Group is seeking a Corporate Partner Manager to develop, acquire, and manage partnerships that drive customer acquisition and mortgage growth. You will be hands-on, coaching bankers and coordinating across teams to maximise partnership value and engagement with corporate partners.

You will engage senior executives, present to large groups onsite or virtually, and contribute to Westpac’s goal of being the preferred banking partner for life.

Qualifications

• Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.
• Customer centric & Mortgage Lending knowledge is highly regarded and will be used to grow 1st party Mortgage partnerships.
• Experience presenting to senior executives (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits) and engaging decision-makers.
• Ability to present to large groups onsite or via virtual methods and influence audiences.

What’s the role?

As our Corporate Partner Manager, you will be Working closely with the National Lead, Corporate Partners. You will forge new relationships and business as you develop, acquire, and maintain partnerships to achieve customer acquisition and business growth. This role is expected to be hands on, working with teams across the business to coach bankers and facilitate ongoing corporate partnership engagement.

You’ll be playing a critical role in achieving Westpac Group’s purpose to create better futures together through your business development and relationship management within Consumer and Business Banking. You’ll onboard and manage strategic corporate partnerships to drive 1st party acquisition in mortgage growth with a holistic value proposition through employees and members of our partners.

What do I need?

• Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.
• Customer centric & Mortgage Lending knowledge is highly regarded - You’ll be using those to grow our 1st Party Mortgage & empowering the broader team to grow and drive partnership value.
• Experience presenting and communicating directly to a key decision maker at the senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).
• Having the versatility to present to large groups onsite or through virtual methods, you can engage and influence the target audience with ease.
