Job summary

Nasdaq is looking for a Core Java Developer to help design, develop, and implement software powering the Eqlipse trading platform for clients across APAC. You will collaborate with teams in Sydney and globally to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS, strong Java, Maven, Git, and Linux skills, with business English communication and ability to work in a hybrid setup across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Java, Maven and Git.
• Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
• Business-level English communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, global-timezone environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for the Eqlipse platform.
• Support APAC clients ensuring reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with Sydney and global teams to align objectives.
• Maintain code quality and engineering standards.
• Coordinate across time zones with occasional after-hours flexibility.
