Job summary

AB Bank PLC, the country's first private sector commercial Bank established in 1981, seeks an Officer to Senior Officer for administration, support, integration and project implementation of critical banking applications and digital platforms.

The role ensures system availability, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination and delivery of new technology initiatives, with responsibilities spanning uptime, backups, UAT, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support and enterprise application management.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime of business-critical applications including CBS, BACH, BEFTN, Internet Banking, etc.
• Ensure proper backup and restoration as required
• Provide advanced-level (L2/L3) application support as required
• Perform and support UAT activities
• Liaise with vendors for application issue resolution
• Communicate with stakeholders for managing and implementing change requests
• Provide reports from application databases as required
