Job summary

The YMCA Queensland is seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead the Kedron OSHC service for a 6-month contract. You will manage daily operations, coach educators, and develop engaging, child-led programs.

Working with families and schools, you’ll ensure high safety and compliance standards while building inclusive, vibrant communities. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication and a commitment to quality early learning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
