Job summary

The YMCA Daisy Hill Outside School Hours Care team is seeking an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis to support the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun and enriching care for children.

You’ll bring a Diploma in Children’s Services or related qualification (or studying), plus experience in children's programming and administration, strong communication and customer-service skills, and a current Blue Card

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Daisy Hill Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
