Job summary

YMCA Queensland is seeking a passionate Coordinator to join the Rainworth Outside School Hours Care service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop fun, child-led programs and lead a team of educators.

This not-for-profit employer provides professional development, and flexible hours between 6.00am–6.00pm, plus discounted private health insurance and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching, or currently studying towards it.
• Experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• A valid Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
