As Community Wellbeing Coordinator, the position leads, governs and supports the Community Wellbeing team to strengthen health and wellbeing outcomes for the Southern Grampians Shire community. The role contributes to effective, responsive and sustainable service delivery by developing services, strengthening operational functions and building workforce capability
The role has a primary focus on health and wellbeing planning, advocacy and municipal-level responses that drive evidence-informed, place-based change. It achieves this by developing key partnerships and fostering collaboration, capability and accountability
The position also ensures the viability and effective operation of Children’s Services and Maternal and Child Health Services through coordinated day-to-day operations and professional practice leadership
