Bayside Council in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Coordinator Asset Planning to lead the development and delivery of asset planning services for roads, stormwater, buildings and open spaces, coordinating capital works and asset management. Reporting to the Manager City Infrastructure, you will lead a team to deliver sustainable outcomes, engage with community and stakeholders, and align with council plans and policies.
This is a permanent full‑time role with a 9‑day fortnight.

Reporting to the Manager City Infrastructure, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of overall Asset Planning services to deliver appropriate and sustainable outcomes for a diverse and growing community.
The Coordinator Asset Planning will coordinate the effective development and management of asset related projects and programs for new and improved public infrastructure including roads, stormwater, buildings, and open space.

$131,983.30 to $147,821.23 pa, plus 12% superannuation
