Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to lead and grow our aquatic and recreation programs. You will drive Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services, while inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role also focuses on system improvements as we implement a new customer and membership management system, and involves managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Oversee budgets, planning and compliance, ensuring financial performance, regulatory adherence and continuous service improvement, as the service implements a new member management system.

We’re looking for a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In addition to leading our successful swim school and aquatic programs, you’ll help shape the future of service delivery as we implement a new customer and membership management system.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging existing processes and finding smarter ways to deliver outstanding customer experiences
