Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a dynamic Coordinator, Aquatic Programs (Temporary 7 months) based in Manly, NSW. This full-time, onsite role involves 35 hours per week and offers a unique opportunity to lead aquatic initiatives in a vibrant coastal community.

You will lead Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services, build a high-performing team, and drive customer-focused service improvements while the council implements a new member management system.

• Lead and grow aquatic and recreation programs across Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services.
• Inspire and manage high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences and quality programs.
• Oversee budgets, planning and compliance during the rollout of a new member management system.

Salary Range: $115927.66 to $134726.96 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)Onsite

We're looking for a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In addition to leading our successful swim school and aquatic programs, you'll help shape the future of service delivery as we implement a new customer and membership management system.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging existing processes and finding smarter ways to deliver outstanding customer experiences
