Complete Coolroom Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Coolroom Builder / Experienced Tradesperson to join our NSW team. You will build and install coolrooms, freezer rooms and insulated panel structures across commercial sites, including supermarkets, hospitals and industrial facilities.

This full-time role offers overtime, long-term stability and a supportive crew. Ideal candidates have trade qualifications, a current driver's licence, own tools, and the ability to work unsupervised while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience installing insulated panels - highly desirable.
• General construction experience or a relevant trade qualification.
• A current driver's licence.
• Your own reliable vehicle.
• Your own tools.
• Forklift and/or scissor lift licences - advantageous.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• The ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of your work.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Construction and installation of commercial coolrooms, freezer rooms and clean rooms.
• Installation of insulated panel rooms and structures.
• Coolroom and freezer room repairs and maintenance.
• Fitting coolroom doors, trims, flashings and accessories.
• Cutting and fitting aluminium and sheet metal components.
• Silicone application and finishing work.
• Operating equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• Working independently as well as part of a team.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and following WHS requirements.

Complete Coolroom Services is an experienced and highly regarded insulated panel construction business specialising in coolrooms, freezer rooms, clean rooms and insulated panel structures.

We’re a growing company with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service. As our workload continues to increase, we’re looking for a skilled Coolroom Builder or experienced Tradesperson to join our team.

This is a genuine long-term, full-time opportunity with plenty of variety, opportunities for overtime and the chance to work alongside an experienced crew across commercial and industrial projects throughout NSW.

The Role

You’ll be involved in building and installing coolrooms, freezer rooms, clean rooms and insulated panel structures across a wide range of sites.

You could find yourself working on projects at supermarkets, food storage facilities, hospitals, pubs, clubs, restaurants, clean rooms and other commercial premises.

Your work will include:

• Construction and installation of commercial coolrooms, freezer rooms and clean rooms
• Installation of insulated panel rooms and structures
• Coolroom and freezer room repairs and maintenance
• Fitting coolroom doors, trims, flashings and accessories
• Cutting and fitting aluminium and sheet metal components
• Silicone application and finishing work
• Operating equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Working independently as well as part of a team
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and following WHS requirements

There is also plenty of overtime and occasional weekend work available for those who want it.

Hours

Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Saturday work will be required occasionally, with overtime and weekend work available/required depending on project needs.
