• Maintain food presentation and quality standards at all times.
• Ensure correct storage, rotation, and handling of food to meet food safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment throughout and after service.
• Follow Work Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent service to guests through quality meals and a positive attitude.
• Support the mission work of CCC Camps by contributing positively to the kitchen team.

We operate several venues across NSW that specialise in outdoor adventure activities. We are looking for a proactive Cook or Kitchen Hand to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

About the role

This position will ensure high-quality meals are prepared and delivered consistently, and that food safety and hygiene standards are maintained across all shifts.
