Job summary

Mollymook Golf Club is seeking casual Chefs and Cooks to join our vibrant hospitality team on the beautiful Mollymook coast. You will help prepare and deliver quality dishes for members and guests within a busy kitchen, contributing to a high standard of service.

We value passion for food, teamwork and flexibility during busy service periods, including weekends and public holidays. Formal culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential for all roles.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef or Cook experience
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• The ability to work effectively during busy service periods
• A positive, team-focused approach
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility across weekends, public holidays and varying shifts
• Formal culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential for all roles.

Responsibilities

• You'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality dishes while maintaining the standards our members and guests expect.
