Job summary

Rezz Hotel in South Australia is seeking an experienced Cook for a full-time role. You will prepare and cook foods to the highest quality, ensuring excellent presentation and compliance with food safety standards.

The successful candidate will have a cookery qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, preferably with Mediterranean cuisine. You will be a team player, reliable and capable in a busy kitchen, and willing to work as required by the executive chef.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant qualification in cookery and at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is preferred.

Rezz Hotel is looking for an experienced Cook. Its magnificent Mediterranean design and state of the art commercial kitchen and multiple dining and entertainment areas makes Rezz, South Australia's most unique hotel. Located in Newton, opposite the beautiful Thorndon Park reserve and only 15min from the CBD, Rezz, a family operated venue is now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook for a full time position. In this role you will be responsible for duties such as, but not limited to, preparing and cooking food to the highest quality, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained, and complying with food safety and hygiene standards.

Salary on offer will be between $60,001-$80,000 plus superannuation depending on being a casual or taking a full time role.
