Estia Health in Melbourne is seeking a Part-time Cook to help create meals that residents love. You'll work with the Chef to support kitchen management, tailor meals to individual needs, and ensure nutritious, delicious options.

This role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, strong communication and documentation skills, and some kitchen experience; aged care experience is highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to handle diverse cuisines and dietary needs of residents.

About the Role - Part-time Cook

Helping create a home residents love, you'll take pride in delivering service standards that are of the highest level. Utilising your exceptional skills and your passion for delivering fresh and wholesome meals, we believe you will fit right in.

As Cook you'll:

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Ensure our residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

You’ll be a real team player who has:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and documentation skills
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen (Aged care highly regarded)
• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
