Job summary

Estia Health in Croydon North, VIC, is seeking a Cook to help create meals residents love, working with the Chef to manage kitchen operations and tailor meals to individual needs.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, strong communication and documentation skills, and experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience is highly regarded.

About the Role

As Cook you'll:

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Ensure our residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

You’ll be a real team player who has:

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and documentation skills
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen (Aged care highly regarded)
• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
