Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a qualified cook to join our aged care kitchen. You’ll work with the Chef to manage the kitchen, tailor meals to residents' needs, and help deliver healthy, delicious dining experiences.

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, strong communication and documentation skills, and experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care preferred) are essential. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to enriching residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Great communication and documentation skills are essential for this role.
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen, aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements is valued.

• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & culture needs of our residents
