Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage food inventory and report stock requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service timing.
• Plate and present dishes to meet quality standards and enhance visual appeal.
• Monitor and maintain cooking equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and food handling protocols.
• Respond to special dietary requirements and modifications requested by guests.
