Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organised and hygienic.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Receive, check and correctly store food and ingredients.
• Rotate stock appropriately and help minimise food wastage.
• Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes when required.

About the Role

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring consistent quality, presentation and food safety standards. You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience for our customers.
