The opportunity

Join our team as a Fulltime Cook at Calwell. In this role, you willhave a passion for delivering variety of home cooked meals,including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diversecommunity. You will deliver within all aspects of the cateringservice at our home including budget control, ordering and storingof food items and supporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements

• You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery orrelevant skills
• You’ll hold a Food Safety Certificate
• You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation offresh bulk cooking
• You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock withinbudget guidelines
• You’ll have strong understanding of food service complianceand the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
• You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged CareIndustry
