You will gain valuable hands-on experience, develop your culinary skills, and help the team create dishes that leave wonderful memories.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Learn proper techniques for handling and cutting various food items
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safe handling of food
• Seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, including washing dishes, equipment and utensils
