Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited in Port Macquarie is seeking a Cook for a casual position to prepare, cook and serve meals in our production kitchen. You will follow procedures, apply food safety principles and manage stock control as per site procedures.

The role emphasises strong customer service, communication, and a proactive attitude toward food safety and waste minimisation. Training is provided and opportunities for internal growth exist.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to drive a positive safety culture.
• Possess a National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude with view to progressing in a culinary career.
