Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited in Port Macquarie is seeking a Chef for a main production kitchen. You will prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures, apply catering control principles including food safety and cleaning, and maintain food safety documents with stock rotation.

The role requires a Certificate III Commercial Cookery, and you will bring excellent time management, organisational and communication skills while committing to a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery required.
• NPC: National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture.
