Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Mosman is opening a new restaurant and is seeking a motivated Cook to join our team. You will work with fresh ingredients and follow the GYG recipe guide to deliver authentic Mexican dishes.

Shifts include 11:00 am–4:00 pm or 4:00 pm–11:00 pm. We offer fair pay, flexible rosters, free uniforms, meal discounts, comprehensive training, team activities, and clear pathways into leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work morning shifts 11:00 am–4:00 pm or closing shifts 4:00 pm–11:00 pm.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow a recipe guide.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the GYG recipe guide.
• Work with fresh ingredients to deliver authentic Mexican meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.

Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.

Must be able to work morning shits from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm or closing shifts from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
