Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring a Cook to join our on-site team in Cleveland, Queensland. You will follow the GYG recipe guide and work with fresh ingredients to deliver authentic dishes for guests across shifts.

We support flexible rosters, offer training, uniforms and exclusive merch, and provide strong onboarding to help you succeed in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to follow brand recipes and standards.
• Must maintain cleanliness and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Mexican dishes following Guzman y Gomez recipes.
• Ensure quality and portion control for every meal.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and kitchen upkeep.
