Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Logan City, QLD, is seeking a Cook to join our vibrant team. You will prepare Mexican dishes following the GYG recipe guide, work with fresh ingredients and deliver quality meals for both new and loyal guests.

The role offers flexible rosters, training and career pathways to management, plus meal discounts and uniforms. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or high-volume kitchens.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Mexican dishes following the GYG recipe guide and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Assist teammates to ensure fast, friendly service for all guests.
