Job summary

Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam is seeking three full-time cooks to join our team, specialising in Vietnamese and French cuisine. You will work with a professional, supportive crew and contribute to a unique dining experience blending two culinary traditions.

Applicants must hold Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher), have at least one year of experience in Vietnamese and/or French cooking, and be proficient with grilled, hot pot, noodles and wok techniques.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Vietnamese and/or French cuisine.
• Experience with grilled, hot pot, noodle soup, and wok techniques is essential.
• Assist the chef in food preparation and maintain food safety.
• Multilingual including Vietnamese and English is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in food preparation and cooking when busy.
• Work alongside a professional team to deliver Vietnamese/French cuisine.

Vacancy: Full-Time Cook (Vietnamese / French cuisine)

Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam is now seeking 3 Full-time Cooks to join our growing team.

Applicants must:

• Possess the relevant qualification such as Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery or Higher.
• Have at least one year work experience in both Vietnamese and/or French cuisine.
• Have experience in grilled, hot pot, noodle soup and wok cooking techniques would be essential.
• Assist the chef in the food preparation and perform cooking when busy, therefore a good knowledge of food safety is a must.
• Multilingual including Vietnamese and English are a bonus.
