Job summary

Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam invites applications for two full-time bar attendants in Queensland. You will prepare and serve a full range of drinks, operate espresso machines, follow recipes, and maintain bar stock while upholding hygiene standards.

The role requires knowledge of Vietnamese beverage culture with French influences, and customer-focused service. Fluent English and Vietnamese, willingness to relocate to Australia, and hospitality qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant bar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese beverage culture and French influences.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; basic French is a bonus.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of drinks: beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails.
• Operate espresso machines and craft coffee beverages with basic milk art.
• Follow precise recipes and maintain stock of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Promote restaurant events and services to guests.
• Respond to customer requests professionally and promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Location: Rendezvous-Du-Vietnams, QLD

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation (current 12%)

• Prepare and serve a full range of drinks: beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and Vietnamese specialties
• Operate espresso machines and craft coffee beverages with basic milk art
• Follow precise recipes and maintain stock of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Promote restaurant events and services to guests
• Respond to customer requests professionally and promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
