Bupa is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to lead the digital experimentation program and drive improvements across digital channels. You will design and prioritise hypotheses, work with Product, Analytics, and Design, and deliver measurable business impact.
You will partner with stakeholders to shape a strategic roadmap, ensure rigorous experiment design, and foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous discovery.
We are seeking a highly motivated Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to drive the continuous improvement of our digital sales and customer journeys. Working within a well-established and highly regarded experimentation program, you will own and shape a strategic roadmap of experiments designed to improve conversion, customer experience, and commercial outcomes across key digital channels.
Partnering closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Behavioural Researchers, Designers, and Engineers, you'll use customer insights, behavioural science, and data-driven experimentation to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and deliver measurable business impact. You will also play a key role in driving continuous discovery, planning and prioritising experiments that support an ongoing discovery roadmap, uncover customer needs, validate opportunities, and inform both product and optimisation decisions.
