Job summary

BlueFit is seeking a Web Designer/Developer to join our Essendon Site Support Office. This on-site, full-time role combines design and development to create high-converting websites and landing pages that align with the BlueFit brand.

You'll work with marketing to optimize UX, implement UI changes in Webflow, and leverage Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools. A data-driven mindset will help drive sign-ups and inquiries across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and building live, functional websites with portfolio link.
Strong UI/UX focus, able to map user journeys and optimize conversions.
Experience with Webflow and the Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and AI design tools.

Responsibilities

Design and develop websites and landing pages to convert visitors into gym enrollments and bookings.
Collaborate with marketing to refresh layouts and ensure a consistent user experience across touchpoints.
Map user journeys using data from Google Analytics to improve sign-ups and inquiries.
Streamline workflows by integrating modern AI tools into design/development processes.
Ensure brand alignment across the site using the Adobe Suite and maintain monthly updates.
Monitor site performance and perform routine maintenance to keep systems secure.
