Job summary

XRecruiter is seeking a Senior Web Designer & Frontend Developer in Brisbane. You will autonomously design and build websites for new recruitment agencies from concept to live site, shaping their brand and online presence.

Work closely with partners, mentors, and a senior team to deliver fast, high-quality sites that convert. The role blends design and development, with ownership of the craft and a hands-on approach to every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building websites with a strong portfolio.
• Deep Webflow experience with CMS collections, interactions and custom code.
• Ability to work with third-party APIs unaided.
• Strong Figma skills with justification for design decisions.
• Eye for typography, spacing and hierarchy; extend brand direction.
• UI/UX judgement: structure, hierarchy, accessibility.
• Senior-level time management for multiple jobs.
• Able to ship good work frequently, at pace.
• Excellent communicator: polite, confident and caring.

Responsibilities

• Design sites from scratch for new partners, guiding them from concept to live site.
• Lead brand workshops with partners and take ownership of the design process.
• Build in Webflow using Lumos framework; integrate CMS collections and APIs.
• Manage partner relationships and obtain sign-offs across project phases.
• Collaborate in a small senior team and mentor others.
