Job summary

Dematic is seeking a skilled Control Systems Support Engineer for our Customer Service team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You will diagnose complex automated material handling systems, upgrade controls, and program PLCs while supporting customers on-site.

The role offers growth within a global automation leader, with rigorous safety standards, after-hours support, and opportunities to work on diverse projects across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Electrical trades licence is highly regarded.
• Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide second level technical support to maintenance teams.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster.
• Develop and test PLC programs and SCADA configurations.
• Assist with site testing and commissioning of automation systems.
• Prepare operator and technical manuals.
