Certis Security Australia is seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at a major site in Eastern Creek. You will monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms from a central control room, respond to incidents in real time, and coordinate with on-site teams to keep people, assets and operations secure.

This fast-paced role requires quick decision-making, impeccable records, and the ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining professional customer service

Qualifikationen

• Security licences and certifications are required.
• Experience in a Control Room, Operations Centre, or Security environment.
• Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at a major site in Eastern Creek.

This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, access control platforms, and site operations from a central control room. You will respond to incidents as they occur, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure security events are managed professionally and efficiently.

No two shifts are the same. You'll be required to manage multiple systems simultaneously, make informed decisions in real-time, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.

Roster

Rotating 4 On, 4 Off Roster:

• 2 x Day Shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• 2 x Night Shifts: 6:00pm - 6:00am
• 4 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Security Licence with:
• 1A - Unarmed Guarding
• 1E - Monitoring Centre Operator
• Current First Aid Certificate (3 years validity)
• Current CPR Certificate (1 year validity)
• Ability to successfully complete an Australian Police Check.
• Previous experience in a Control Room, Operations Centre, or Security Environment.
• Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
