Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking a Contracts Analyst in Canberra to manage contract and procurement lifecycles. You will draft supplier contracts, review documentation for policy alignment, and extract data from FMIS to monitor supplier performance and compliance.

You will also prepare Senate Order reports, administer AusTender reporting, and support onboarding of new suppliers while ensuring timely payments and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private sector corporate environment, government or regulated settings preferred.
• Strong experience drafting and administering ICT, consultancy and supplier contracts.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement processes and AusTender.
• Experience with financial management, procurement or ERP systems to administer contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in APRA-regulated environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft supplier contracts, Deeds of Variation, Purchase Orders and procurement documentation.
• Review contracts for alignment with policies, regulations and laws with LRG as required.
• Extract and analyse contract data from FMIS to monitor performance and compliance.
• Prepare biannual Senate Order reports and administer AusTender reporting.
• Process Spending Proposals, Contracts and Variations in FMIS; onboard new suppliers per Procure to Pay procedures.
• Triage Contract Variations for approvals per procedures.
• Coordinate Procurement Services inbox responses and provide contract drafting and procurement advice.
• Maintain contract records in FMIS to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure on-time supplier payments.
• Continuously improve processes to meet regulatory standards and support member outcomes.
