Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking a Contracts & Accounts Manager to execute network and partnership strategies for our ancillary product offerings. You will apply advanced analytical and risk management skills in vendor recruitment and management, uplifting engagement across the Members First Extras Network and driving future enhancements.

This permanent role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Adelaide, with hybrid work arrangements allowing three days per week in the office and flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder relationship management strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to forecast and report performance metrics.
• Strong negotiating and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry or ancillary provider contracts is desirable.
• Dealing with high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute network and partnership strategies for ancillary products.
