Qualifications

• Senior procurement professional with medical category experience is advantageous.
• Delivery of sourcing strategies from concept through to execution.
• Ability to drive supplier negotiations and contract finalisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects including stakeholder engagement, RFx, negotiations, contracts and implementation.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms for the business.
• Establish supplier performance management frameworks and value realisation.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews, manage risks and escalations to resolution.
• Deliver commercial outcomes: cost savings, faster time-to-market, improved service quality.
• Collaborate with Legal to support contract drafting, negotiation and execution.
