Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial side of major data centre and mission-critical projects. You will head head contract and subcontract administration from tender to final account, oversee cost reporting, forecasting, variations, procurement and disputes resolution.

The ideal candidate has senior contracts experience with tier-1 or tier-2 builders, strong knowledge of AS 4000 and AS 2124, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Senior contracts or commercial management experience with a tier-1 or tier-2 builder.
• Data centre, mission-critical or complex technical project experience is highly regarded.
• Strong command of AS 4000 and AS 2124 contracts.
• Degree in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field.
