Johnson & Johnson Medtech ANZ is seeking a Contracts Compliance Analyst in Sydney to ensure commercial contract compliance and support pricing and contract administration activities. You will drive accurate reporting, maintain contract repositories, and collaborate with multiple functions to optimise financial performance.

The role requires a degree with 3+ years in a similar field, familiarity with Alteryx, SAP, Tableau/Power BI, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, pricing and customer service experience within a large complex organisation is highly regarded.
• Experience with Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools, working knowledge of SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI, and intermediate skills using MS Office.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across functions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring and managing customer contract compliance, identifying market share and revenue recovery opportunities, overseeing rebate processes, and ensuring adherence to capital placement and contractual obligations.
• Producing accurate and timely customer reports in line with contractual requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to gather, validate, and communicate key data and performance metrics.
• Maintaining contract repositories and reporting tools, improving process efficiency and standardisation, and supporting seamless integration of contract management activities across the business.
• Acting as backup for pricing and contract administration activities, maintaining ERP pricing conditions, and supporting ongoing training, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives.
