Job summary

Buildco Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a Western Sydney-based Tier 3 builder to work on commercial, hospitality and government projects ranging up to $10 million, with an initial local government project around $5 million.

You should hold a Construction Management Degree and have at least 2 years of contracts administration experience with a principal contractor in Sydney; Procore experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Construction Management Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years minimum project coordination or contracts administration experience with a principal commercial contractor in Sydney.
• Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts and sub-contractor payments.
• Procore experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects under a PM with projects up to $10M on average.
• Handle procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor payments and related CA duties.

• A steady career history and proven CA background required
