Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty in Brisbane is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support multiple high-profile projects across luxury residential, rail and utilities sectors, with work spanning procurement through to close-out. You’ll work with Project Managers and site teams to keep programs on time and on budget.

We’re looking for 2–6+ years’ CA experience in construction or infrastructure, strong contract administration and cost control skills, and familiarity with Jobpac or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years’ experience as a CA in construction, property, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control and compliance.
• Jobpac (or similar system) experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to hold your own with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• A team player who’s ambitious, proactive, and ready for the next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:
