Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of major projects in Queensland. In this role you will manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, variations, progress claims and documentation, while assisting with procurement and cost control across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator in construction.
• Experience on residential, commercial or large-scale building projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Managing variations, progress claims and contract documentation.
• Assisting with procurement and tender processes.
• Monitoring contractual compliance and project risk.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Supporting forecasting, reporting and cost control processes.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with claims management and project closeout procedures.
