Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a senior services manager to lead and manage services teams on large projects in Western Australia. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with the project team, and delivering value through strategic service delivery across design, procurement, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level services management on large projects.
• Experience leading services teams.
• Developing and implementing service delivery strategies.
• Familiarity with construction service standards.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Strategic guidance on services decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret contract services drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Review Tender Proposals for services trades to identify cost, resource, and time implications.
• Liaise with the CA and PM for contract administration on claims, securities, variations and other matters.
• Identify design and delivery risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Investigate design alternatives and cost-saving options to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor the Services Design Program with Consultants and Senior Project Managers.
• Manage services inputs and outputs against programme through design meetings.
• Coordinate services design documents to meet Principal needs within RCC budget and program.
• Review Subcontractor Agreements before distribution to ensure special conditions.
• Plan and manage commissioning and handover with Test & Commissioning team.
