Fit in Talent seeks a Contract Administrator for fast-paced commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in Sydney. You will manage the commercial and contractual aspects from procurement through to final completion, working with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure efficient delivery.

The role requires proven experience on projects up to $8M, strong contract and procurement knowledge, and excellence in communications and negotiation.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit out and refurbishment.
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects up to $8mil in value.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing variations, progress claims, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Procore and Jobpac.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Qualifications in construction management, building or commercial fields are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and administer subcontractor agreements and head contracts.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor letting and scope of works.
• Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
• Respond to project related RFI's.
• Identify and manage contractual risks and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate variations, extensions of time and contractual notices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contractual records.
• Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to support successful project delivery.
• Assist with project completion, final accounts and subcontractor claims.
