Job summary

BESIX Watpac is seeking Contracts Administrators in Adelaide to join the SA team, supporting large-scale construction projects. The role focuses on safety compliance, tendering, contract documentation, and subcontract administration.

Ideal candidates will have a QS/Construction Management degree or relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a team. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in QS/Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in building construction project administration.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive company safety policies and OH&S compliance.
• Tendering of subcontract packages including compile/approve tenders and issue of documents.
• Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
• Assist with administration of subcontract packages including progress/variation claims.
• Participate in monthly reporting: cash flow forecasting, variations, cost analysis.
• Establish efficient site/office administration systems for projects.
