Job summary

Randstad partners with a well-established commercial construction company delivering high quality projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. An experienced Contracts Administrator is sought to work on commercial construction projects valued up to AU$30M, reporting to the Project Manager.

You will handle commercial and contractual administration from procurement through to completion, including subcontract procurement, variations, claims and progress payments, cost tracking and financial

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontract packages and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and variations.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and package negotiations.
• Administer subcontract agreements, variations, claims and progress payments.
• Prepare and manage contract correspondence and commercial documentation.
• Assist with project cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor project budgets and commercial performance.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
